What We Do

We can wrap anything up 205mm x 100mm x 610mm

We run overwrapping jobs for customers who need their product sealed, presented, and protected. Whether that’s retail goods, industrial components, printed materials, promotional items or just about anything else that fits the machine. One-off projects, recurring production runs, private-label work — we handle it.

We have a really fancy wrapping machine

All work is run on a Fuji FW 3410 A6 Servo horizontal flow wrapper — an industry-standard servo-driven wrapping system built by Formost Fuji, the Washington-based leader in flow wrap technology. Precision film feed, consistent seal quality, flexible product sizing. It’s the same class of equipment used by major food and consumer goods manufacturers nationwide.

Bob McHenry knows his stuff

And the guy running it? He’s helped service these machines for customers around the world for over three decades. .

Meet Bob McHenry

RMC Packaging is led by Bob McHenry — and when it comes to flow wrap machinery, Bob isn’t just experienced. He’s spent his entire career with the people who build it.

30+ years at Formost Fuji, the Washington-based manufacturer of the very machine RMC runs today:

  • Research & Development Specialist, Formost Fuji (2023 – Present) Currently working hands-on with the engineering side of next-generation flow wrap equipment.
  • Director of Service and Parts, Rexfab Corp (2022 – 2023) Led service and parts operations across the US and Canada.
  • Service Department Manager, Formost Fuji (2000 – 2022) Managed 13 field service technicians nationwide. Scheduled installation, training, and repair of new and used packaging equipment. Worked directly with a large customer base on complex service issues. Extensive global travel experience.
  • Electrical Assembler, Field Service Technician, Customer Service Representative, Formost Fuji (1990 – 2000) Wired, tested, and troubleshot packaging equipment from the ground up. Traveled globally installing, training on, and repairing horizontal and vertical packaging machines and automatic bread baggers.

What that means for you: Your product is being wrapped by someone who has installed, serviced, repaired, and trained others on this class of equipment worldwide — not someone who just bought a machine off the internet. When something needs to dial in right, Bob knows how to make it right.
